摘 要:目的探讨双酚A对成年雌性大鼠心功能的影响。方法 80只成年雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为阴性对照组、双酚A 4、40、200mg/kg组,各组每天给予相应剂量受试物90d,观察10d后,检测各组大鼠心功能和血清生物化学指标。组间均值比较采用LSD-t检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果双酚A各剂量组大鼠心率与阴性对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4mg∕(kg·d)双酚A组大鼠的左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室舒张末压(LVEDP)、左室压力下降的最大速率(-dp/dtmax)与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),左室压力上升的最大速率(+dp/dtmax)与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);40、200mg∕(kg·d)双酚A组大鼠的LVSP、LVEDP、+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。4mg∕(kg·d)双酚A组的一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性、一氧化氮(NO)和丙二醛(MDA)含量与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);40、200mg∕(kg·d)双酚A组的肌酸激酶(CK)、NOS、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及NO和MDA含量与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论双酚A可能通过氧化损伤心肌细胞降低成年雌性大鼠的心功能。Objective To assess the effect of bisphenol-A on cardiac function in adult female rats. Methods 80 adult female wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, in which they were given 4, 40, 200 mg/kg bisphenol-A individually and corn oil as control for 90 days. 10 days later, the cardiac function of each rat was evaluated and related serum biochemical indicators were measured as well. LSI〉t test was used for statistical analysis. Results The average heart rate of rats in each Bisphenol A dosage group was significantly lower than that in control group (P〈0.05) . Also, there were significant differences of LVSP, LVEDP, -dp/dt- max and+dp/dtmax between rats in 4 rag/ (kg . d) bisphenol A group and in control group (P〈0.05), and the above differences were even bigger in rats treated with 40 and 200 my/ (kg . d) bisphenol A (P〈 0.01) . Compared to rats in control group, the serum levels of CK, NOS, SOD, NO, MDA were all much higher in rats given 40 and 200 mg/ (kg . d) bisphenol-A (P〈0.01), while only NOS, NO, MDA levels elevated in rats treated with 4 mg/ (kg . d) bisphenol-A (P〈0.05) . Conclusion Bisphenol-A may weak en the cardiac function in adult female rats by oxidative damaging myocardial cells.
