车祸外伤病历复印中的问题及对策

摘　　要：现今社会购买车险的人越来越多,使车祸外伤病历的复印越来越普遍,但车祸外伤病历复印情况存在特殊性,法律法规没有对其复印情况的明确规定,民众和保险公司对病历复印知识了解不足,使得病历复印工作人员遇到很多较为棘手的复印需求问题,产生复印纠纷。本文分析肇事方和受害方的车祸病历复印中存在的问题、产生的原因,探讨解决对策以及解决此类复印情况的做法。More and more people buy car insurance in modem society, the copy of the traffic accident trauma medical record is also becoming more common. Laws and regulations did not make clear regulations on its special copy and people and insurance company have insufficient knowledge of medical record copy making medical records copying staff meet many tricky copying needs, cause many copy issues. The text analyze the problems of the copy of the traffic accident trauma medical record of the responsible party and the injured party, discuss the solutions.
