摘  要:目的对老年高血压患者行电话回访式健康教育,并对教育效果进行分析。方法将2009年1月-2013年1月经医院确诊的638例老年高血压患者随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组行常规出院指导,干预组在此基础上定期行电话回访式健康教育。半年后评价两组患者对医院服务的满意度、高血压相关知识的知晓率、对高血压治疗的依从性。结果干预组患者对医院服务的满意率为98.43%、高于对照组;干预组患者对高血压的危害、规范合理用药、血压监测知识、饮食知识、运动知识的知晓率分别为91.54%、83.07%、76.18%、79.31%、83.07%,均高于对照组;干预组患者按医嘱规律服药、症状改善后维持服药、定期复查依从率分别为85.58%、93.10%、81.19%,均高于对照组;两组间数据比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论电话回访式健康教育提高了患者对医院服务的满意度、提高了患者对高血压相关知识知晓率及对高血压治疗的依从性。Objective To conduct telephone follow-up health education on elderly patients with hypertension and make an analysis on the education effect. Methods 638 cases of elderly patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Patients in the control group were received routine discharge guidance while the those in the intervention group were received telephone follow-up health education regularly on the basis of that. Then the items such as hospital service satisfaction rate, awareness rate of hypertension related knowledge and their adherence to treatment of the patients were evaluated after six months. Results The satisfaction rate of the patients in intervention group for hospital services was 98.43%, which was higher compared with the control group. The awareness rate of knowledge such as the hazards of hypertension, specification rational drug use, blood pressure monitoring, dietary and sports knowledge were respectively 91.54% , 83.07% , 76.18% , 79.31% and 83.07%, which was higher compared with the control group. The compliance rate of taking medicine regularly according to the doctor's advice, keep on tak- ing medicine after improvement of symptoms and periodic review were respectively 85.58%, 93.10%, 81.19%, all higher than the control group, the data comparison between the two groups had statistical significance (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Telephone follow-up style health education improved the satisfaction rate of patients with hospital services, raised the awareness rate of knowledge on hypertension as well as the adherence to the treatment of hypertension.
