摘　　要：目的加强医院手术质量管理,提高手术质量,确保患者安全。方法结合病案信息系统采集的手术信息,对某三级甲等传染病医院2012年第四季度肝病手术病例管理指标进行回顾性分析。结果肝病手术病例共278例,平均住院日为26.8天,术前平均住院6.9天,34例手术时间小于2小时的Ⅰ类切口手术中术前使用抗菌药物的占44.11%,非计划再次手术率为1.8%。结论医院和科室应严格执行各项规章制度,切实采取有效措施,提高手术质量,使各项指标逐步达到国家的要求。Objective To improve the quality of hospital operation management, improve the quality of operation, to ensure patient safety. Methods Liver surgery management cases indicators were retrospectively analyzed according to surgery information from medical record information system in a first class infectious disease hospital in the fourth quarter of 2012. Results There are a total of 278 cases of liver surgery. The average length of stay is 26.8, The pre-operation average length of stay is 6.9. Preoperative use of antibiotics with 34 cases Type I incision and operation time is less than 2 hours accounted for 44.11%. The non-planned reoperation rate was 1.8%.Conclusion Hospitals and departments should strictly implement the rules and regulations, and take effective measures to improve the quality of operation, make the indicators meet the national requirements step by step.
