摘　　要：用客户端浏览器方式回收病案,解决了长期以来病案回收处理采取由病案科人员将病历收回到病案科电脑上进行病案回收确认的工作方式,工作效率较低的问题。通过改进病案回收流程,将病案回收的确认环节提前到病区实现,使病案回收从7月份的72小时回收率93.57%(B级)提升到48小时回收率82%,进一步提高了病案的回收率、回收的工作质量和工作效率,有力促进了病案管理水平的提高。使用客户端浏览器方式在病区实现病案回收方法是可行的,可在医院大力推广使用。This paper introduces the recovery by the client browser mode, to solve the long-standing medical record recovery problem which is medical record department staff recording the medical records recovery confirmation after return to the computer. Through the improvement of the recovery process, the confirmation link of recovery in advance to ward. The medical record recovery rate increased from 72 hours recovery 93.57% （B）in July to 48 hours recovery rate 82%. It further improve the medical record recovery rate, recovery work quality and efficiency, promote the medical record management level. The use of the client browser mode is feasible in the realization of medical record recovery in the ward, and can vigorously promote the use of this method in hospital.
