摘　　要：电子病历应用日趋成熟,电子病历以文档的形式归档和查阅利用是病案管理的重要课题,其目的是能实现病案无纸化存储、一体化展示、智能化应用。本文基于Microsoft.NET平台框架,采用Microsoft Visual Studio C#2005开发工具设计了电子病历文档管理系统,该系统具有病历文档自动归档、数据审核和病历网络查阅的功能。其实现的功能不仅能提高工作效率,还能提高病案利用率和安全性。As the application of electronic medical records has become more and more mature, to filing and inquiring in the form of documents of electronic medical records has also become an important project of medical record management＇ and the purpose is to realize no-paper repository, integrated display and intelligent application. Based on Microsoft.NET Platform framework, the project adopted Mi- crosoft Visual Studio C# 2005 to develop document management system of EMR which can automatic verify, review data and query on the net. The system can not only improve the work efficiency, but also the utilization rate and safety of medical records.
