摘 要:目的探讨超声心动图在移居高原缺氧环境下的健康成年人心功能变化研究中的应用。方法随机选取2009年1月—2010年1月由平原移居高原缺氧环境的健康成年人共28例,分别于移居前后采用超声心动图检测其心功能和心脏结构变化。结果移居3个月后心脏结构各指标均较移居前显著改变(P<0.05);移居2年后左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、右室前后径(RVD)和肺动脉内径(PAD)较移居前明显改变,收缩末期内径(LDVs)、左室壁厚度(LVPWd)、RVD和PAD较移居3个月显著变化,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);移居2年后左室射血分数(EF)、心输出量(CO)、每搏量(SV)、左室舒张末期容积(EDV)和左室收缩末期容积(ESV)与移居3个月时的值比较均差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论高原缺氧环境可直接影响人心脏功能及结构,超声心动图可作为心功能检测的首选方法。Objective To investigate the echocardiography for the cardiac function in the healthy people moving to high altitude plains. Methods We randomly selected 28 of healthy people lnoving to high altitude plains fi'Oln January 2009 to January 2010,and they were detected for cardiac function and cardiac structural changes by echocardiography before and after resettlement. Results After 3 months,the indicators of cardiac structure changed significantly compared with pre-migration (P 〈 0.05) ; after two years, LVDd, RVD and PAD significantly changed compared with pre-migration, and LDVs,LVPWd, RVD and PAD significantly changed compared with three months before,the differences being statistically significant (P 〈0.05) ;after two years,the EF,CO,SV,EDV and ESV showed no significant difference compared with the values of 3 months before (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions High altitude environment can directly affect the function and structure of human heart,and the echocardiography can be used as the preferred method for detecting cardiac function.
