自动化药房6S现场管理的探讨

摘　　要：目的改善自动化药房的工作环境,提高工作效率、强化全体工作人员的责任心和参与药房管理意识。方法运用6S管理方法对科室环境、药品、物品定位等方面进行现场管理。结果通过6S现场管理,使得自动化药房的工作环境,药品和物品的分类、定点、定位达到了目视管理规范的要求,全体员工的责任心和参与药房管理意识得到提高。结论 6S现场管理是自动化药房管理行之有效的手段之一。Objective To alneliorate the automated pharmacy＇ s working environlnent,to ilnprove the work efficiency and to strengthen the staff＇ s sense of responsibility and participation in the pharlnacy lnanagelnent. Methods We applied the 6S lnanagelnent lnethod to reorganize and ilnprove the environlnent of the departlnent, drugs, the plaeelnent of goods, the lnanagelnent of the work＇ s procedures and quality control,the personnel qualities etc. Results 6S on-site lnanagelnent lnade the automated pharmacy＇ s working environlnent, drugs, classification of the goods, placelnent of goods met the requirelnents of the visual lnanagelnent＇ s specification, and ilnproved the staffs＇ responsibility and consciousness of pharlnacy nmnagelnent . Conclusion The 6S lnanagelnent lnethod is one of the effective lnethods to run the auto-pharlnaey.
