摘　　要：目的了解我国临床药师药学会诊情况,为进一步提高药学会诊质量提供思考。方法以临床药师、药学会诊、会诊等为主题词,检索2010—2013年中国期刊网全文数据库(CNKI),万方数据库,维普数据库,并对文献药学会诊实例进行汇总,分析,总结。结果纳入文献13篇,均为回顾性分析,其中2010年1篇;2011年3篇;2012年9篇。高校附属医院4篇;地市级医院7篇;县级医院2篇。涉及作者62名。收录1 627例会诊病例,会诊形式以全院大会诊、普通会诊、急会诊、家属要求会诊及电话会诊等形式;会诊原因包括抗感染、不良反应鉴别、药源性疾病及药疗纠纷四大类,其中感染占95.03%;会诊意见采纳率65.95%,会诊病例有效率(痊愈及显效)为89.95%。结论临床药师药学会诊取得了一定成效,但会诊原因不平衡,主要以感染为主,没有物价部门统一会诊收费标准,会诊质量有待于进一步提高。Objective To understand the situation of clinical pharmacists＇ pharmacy consultation, and to further improve the quality of pharmacy consultations. Methods With clinical pharmacists,pharmacy consaltation,consaltation,etc, as keywords,we retrieved China Journal Fall-text Database （CNKI） ,Warffang database,ViP database,for pharmacy consaltation reports from 2010 to 2013 mtd made a- nalysis. Results 13 studies were retrospectively analyzed, of which 1 published in 2010,3 in 2011 and 9 in 2012. Writers of 4 worked in university hospital,7 nmnicipal hospital,2 county hospitals. Totally there were involving 62 authors. Altogether there were 1,627 cases of consaltation the forms of which included hospital-wide consultation, general consultation, urgent consultation, family-requested consultations and telephone consultations etc. consultation causes included anti-infectives,identification of adverse reactions, drug-induced diseases and medication disputes,among which where infection accounted for 95.03%. Adoption rate of consultation comments was 65.95% ,and effective rate of consultation cases （ cured and markedly effective） was 89.95%. Conclusions The clinical pharmacists＇ pharmacy consultation has achieved some success,but the reasons for consultation are imbalanced,mainly because of infection. There is no uniform charge for consultation fees,and consultation quality is to be further improved.
