摘　　要：介绍了图象预处理过程及对球墨铸铁中石墨组织的分离、识别、分类及统计方法 。The process of pretreatment of image,the way of separation and recognition and class and statistics of graphite in cast iron are analyzed in detail.Automatic estimating level of spheroidizing is actualized.
