摘 要:探讨超大牵伸数控细纱机的纺纱工艺。介绍了TH558型超大牵伸数控细纱机的控制原理和机构特点。在该细纱机上纺制了两种JC 6.5 tex纱,采用正交试验分析了后区牵伸倍数、中区牵伸倍数、中区胶圈钳口隔距和前区胶圈钳口隔距等4个因素对成纱条干质量的影响,获得了较优的纺纱工艺方案。结果表明:中区牵伸倍数对成纱条干质量有着显著的影响,前区胶圈钳口隔距、后区牵伸倍数对成纱条干质量也有较大影响。在细纱超大牵伸的条件下,前区集中牵伸而中、后区承担较小的牵伸倍数是较优的配置原则。认为:将超大牵伸与赛络纺、集聚纺工艺相结合,并在牵伸机构、专件使用和纺纱工艺配置上采取改进措施,可使成纱条干质量得到进一步改善和提高。Spinning processing parameter of super large draft numerical control spinning frame was discussed. Control principle and characteristics of TH558 super large draft numerical control spinning frame were introduced. Two kinds of JC 6.5 tex yarn were spun by the frame, effects of the four factors on yarn evenness were analyzed through orthogonal test, i. e. draft multiple in back zone, draft multiple in middle zone, apron nipper gauge in middle zone, apron nipper gauge in front zone, finally better spinning processing parameter can be got. The result shows that yarn evenness is effected obviously by draft multiple in middle zone, yarn evenness is effect a lot by apron nipper gauge in front zone and draft multiple in back zone. In condition of spinning super large draft, the better configuration principle is large draft in front zone,less draft multiple in middle and back draft zone. It is considered that yarn evenness can be improved further through adopting a series of measures, including combining super large draft, siro spinning, condensed spinning processing together, adopting modified measures in draft device, special component and spinning processing parameter configuration.
