摘 要:以钼酸铵、乙酸丁酯和HNO3的用量以及萃取时间为考察因素,磷钼蓝络合物的吸光度为考察指标,通过SPSS软件设计了L9(3^4)的正交实验,并进行了方差分析和回归分析,得出较优的萃取条件:8.0mL钼酸铵溶液、10.0mL乙酸丁酯、8.0mLHNO3(1+1)、萃取时间3min;当磷的含量在0~1.6μg/mL时,吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系;测定样品的标准偏差和加标回收率的结果满足要求。Selecting volumes of ammonium molybdate, butyl ethanoate, nitric acid and extraction time as factors, the absorbance of the phosphorous-molybdate complex as target, L9 ( 3^4 ) orthogonal test was designed with SPSS, at the same time, the data was dealt with ANOVA and regression analysis, the optimum conditions of extraction were: the volumes of ammonium molybdate, butyl ethanoate and nitric acid ( 1 + 1 ) were 8.0, 10. 0 and 8.0 mL, respectively, the extraction time was three minutes. The linear range was 0 ~ 1.6 μg/mL. The results of relative standard deviations and recoveries were good.
