模袋混凝土技术在南水北调东线工程中的应用

摘　　要：模袋混凝土以土工织物模袋为载体,通过混凝土输送泵将混凝土充灌入袋而成形,是一项现浇混凝土新技术,特别适合河道护岸、航道整治大面积护坡、土坝护坡工程等。作为一项新技术、新工艺,在南水北调输水工程中得到应用。结合南水北调东线工程山东境内某运河段护坡工程,介绍了模袋混凝土施工方法、工艺参数及施工注意事项,指出了模袋混凝土充灌过程中应注意和解决的问题,对其他工程模袋混凝土施工具有借鉴意义。Membrane bag concrete, as a new technology, uses geo-textiles mold bag to contain concrete delivered by concrete pump that especially suits for revetment and large area slope protection of river courses, navigation channel and earth dam. This technology has been applied in South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Taking the revetment of some canal section in Shandong Province as an example, construction method of membrane bag concrete, technical parameters and matters needing attention during construction are introduced. Issues related to concrete grouting are also raised that can be good reference for other similar projects.
