摘  要:以N-[(4-溴-3,5-二氟)苯基]丙烯酰胺/甲基丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丙烯酸(BDPA/MMA/MAA)为主链制备了树脂(AR-1),以溴丙烯为AR-1树脂侧链改性剂引入双键制备了光敏含氟丙烯酸酯预聚体(ARBDPA),采用红外和核磁氢谱对其结构进行了表征。研究了各反应因素对溴丙烯接枝合成的影响以及BDPA含量对ARBDPA固化涂层性能的影响。结果表明:反应温度100℃;复配助剂添加质量分数1.0%时,所得ARBDPA树脂酸值(KOH)8 mg/g。随着BDPA含量增加,ARBDPA固化涂层疏水性增加,接触角可达95.3°,均高于未添加BDPA的丙烯酸酯预聚体。The resin ( AR - 1 ) was prepared using N - [ (4 - bromo - 3, 5 - difluorine) phenyl ] acrylamide / methyl methacrylate/methacrylic acid (BDPA/MMA/MAA) as main chain and the photosensitive fluorine - contai- ning acrylate prepolymerresin (ARBDPA) was prepared using allyl bromide as side chain modifier of AR - 1 resin introducing double bond. The structure of ARBDPA was characterized by FF - IR and 1HNMR. The effects of fac- tors on the graft of allyl bromide and the BDPA content on the ARBDPA cured coating performance were investiga- ted. The results showed that the acid value of ARBDPA (KOH) was 8 mg / g as the conditions as followed : reac- tion temperature 100 ℃ and complex additive mass fraction 1.0%. The hydrophobicity of cured coating films was increased with the increasing of BDPA content. The contact angle was up to 95.3° and higher than those of acrylate prepolymer without BDPA,
