摘 要:利用马来酸酐对聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)进行接枝改性,制备了PVB接枝改性物(MPVB-M)。采用红外、核磁氢谱对MPVB-M进行了表征,探讨了反应的影响因素,得到了较佳工艺条件:反应温度55℃,反应时间6 h,催化剂A的用量为投料总质量的0.6%。将MPVB-M水性化制得WPVB-M,对其性能进行了研究,结果表明:WPVB-M与PVB相比,总热失重率降低4.24%,涂层硬度不变,附着力级别由1变为0,拉伸强度及断裂伸长率均有所降低。The grafted polyvinyl butyral material ( MPVB - M) was prepared by modification of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) with maleic anhydride. The structure of MPVB -M was characterized by IR spectra and 1H NMR. The re- sponse factors were studied and the optimal reactions conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 55 ℃, reac- tion time 6 h, catalyst A amount 0. 6% (based on the total feeding mass). The waterborne WPVB - M was obtained from MPVB - M. The properties of WPVB - M was investigated and the results showed that the total heat weight loss rate was decreased by 4. 24 % compared with that of PVB. The coating hardness was unchanged and the adhe- sion level was changed from 1 to 0. The tensile strength and elongation at break were all decreased.
