摘　　要：通过嵌段共聚的方法将端羟丙基聚硅氧烷（PDMS）引入聚氨酯主链中，制备了有机硅氧烷嵌段改性的聚氨酯共聚物（PDMS—PU），再用含C=C丙烯酸类单体进行封端，制备了一系列可UV固化的有机硅聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物（PDMS—PUA），采用傅里叶变换红外光谱（FT—IR）、热重分析仪（TGA）、接触角测试仪、电子拉力机等对产品的结构与性能进行了表征，研究了PDMS的引入量对聚氨酯丙烯酸酯涂层的耐热性、耐水性、力学性能、附着力等的影响。结果表明，随PDMS含量的增加，PDMS—PUA涂层的断裂伸长率得到显著提高，耐热性和疏水性也得到一定程度的提升，但力学强度和附着力有一定程度的下降。PDMS质量分数为5％-7％（以聚酯二元醇质量为基准）时涂膜综合性能达到最佳。The organosiloxane block modified polyurethane copolymer（ PDMS- PU）was prepared by block copoly- merization method introducing the terminal hydroxypropyl poly - siloxane （PDMS） into the polyurethane back- bone. Then the product was capped with the acrylic monomer containing C = C and a series of UV curable silicone urethane acrylate prepolymer （ PDMS - PUA） were prepared . The structure and performance of the products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FT - IR）, thermal gravimetric analysis （ TGA）, contact angle tester and electronic tensile machine. The effect of PDMS amount on the heat resistance, water resistance, mechanical properties and adhesion of the urethane acrylate coating were investigated. The results showed that with the increasing of PDMS contents, the elongation at break of PDMS - PUA coating was significantly improved and the heat resistance and hydrophobicity were improved to a certain degree, but the mechanical strength and adhesion were decreased to some extenL The coating with PDMS mass fraction of 5% to 7% （ based on the polyester diols quality） had the optimal performance.
