摘 要:在自然盐渍土壤上和人工模拟盐胁迫条件下 ,采用盆栽方法研究了长期 ( 86天 )和短期 ( 1周 )盐胁迫条件下丛枝菌根真菌对玉米植株生长和耐盐生理指标的影响。结果表明 :在自然盐渍土壤和人工模拟长期盐胁迫条件下 ,菌根真菌显著提高了玉米的相对产量 ;在短期盐胁迫条件下 ,接种菌根真菌处理的玉米叶片细胞质膜透性低于不接种处理 ,玉米叶片束缚水与自由水含量比值、超氧化物歧化酶活性和根系活力都明显高于不接种处理。上述结果说明 。The influence of inoculating arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on saline tolerance of maize ( Zea mays L.) plant was investigated in three pot experiments under c ontrolled environmental condition. In the first experiment, maize plants were gr own under saline stress for 86 days in pots containing five different nature sal ine soils. In the second experiment, maize plants were grown under saline stress for 86 days in pots containing artificial saline soil in which four salinity le vels (0, 1, 1.5 and 2.5 g.kg -1 NaCl) were supplied. In the third experimen t, maize plants were grown under saline stress for 1 to 8 days in pots containin g artificial saline soil in which two salinity levels (0 and 1.5 g.kg -1 Na Cl) were supplied. Biomass and xylem sap were detected after harvest in the firs t and second experiment. Xylem sap was used as a indicator of root activity and relative yields were calculated by biomass of maize plants. Some physiological p arameters of salinity tolerance of maize plants, such as electrolytic leakage, f ree water and bond water content and SOD activity, were measured three times 1 t o 8 days after NaCl supply in the third experiment. The results showed that inoc ulation with four Glomus mosseae isolates increased the relative yields of m aize plants significantly under saline stress condition. Leaf electrolytic leaka ge was lower in mycorrhizal plants and free water/bond water ratio and SOD activ ity were higher in mycorrhizal plants than that of non mycorrhizal plants. The root activities of mycorrhizal plants were also higher than that of non mycorrh izal plants. It is concluded that plant which is inoculated with arbuscular myco rrhizal fungi is able to enhance the saline tolerance of plant.
