摘　　要：GK400螺杆挤出机、压片机各由一台220 kW直流电动机通过SIEMENS 6RA70直流调速器进行调速,逻辑控制部分由SIEMENS S7-300可编程控制器实现。具体说明挤出、压片电机调速器的速度、电流控制方式设定及整流器功率部件、挤出压片电机参数及一些基本工艺参数的设定及数值。先进的控制系统提高了设备的稳定性和可靠性。GK400 screw extruder and sheeter each controled by a 220 kW dc motor via SIEMENS 6 RA70 dc speed governor, And the logic part controled by SIEMENS S7-300 programmable controller. The paper descried the speed of extrusion and sheeting HTHY-JDS, current control mode and the rectifier power components, extrusion sheeting motor parameters and some basic parameters and values. The advanced control system improved the stability and reliability of the eauipment.
