摘 要:在石油开采过程中,射孔段套管的损坏占套损井的60%以上,其中外挤载荷是引起套损的主要原因。通过有限元方法计算不同相位角、不同射孔间距和不同射孔直径的挤毁压力和相应的射孔套管抗外挤剩余强度系数,并将这些数据按不同相位角拟合成射孔间距和射孔直径的函数。对拟合结果的验证表明,绝大部分有限元计算数据与拟合计算数据之间的差异小于1%,仅个别误差在2%左右。拟合的多项式函数可以方便地用于射孔套管的抗外挤剩余强度计算。During oil production,casing damage in the perforated sections took more than 60% of all casing damaged wells,loading induced on the casings by squeezing outside was the main cause of the damage.In this paper,FEM was employed to calculate the squeezing pressure from different angles,different perforating density and diameters and calculate the remaining strength of relevant perforated casing collapse.These data were fitted to the functions of perforating density and diameter according to different phase angles.Results show that difference of the most of data calculated from FEM and the values calculated with fitted functions is less than 1%.Few of it is more than 2%.The polynomial functions obtained in the study can be easily used for calculating the strength of casings collapse.
