摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声信号在超声引导下行经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)通道建立中的价值。方法回顾性分析82例行超声引导下PCNL患者建立通道的过程中采集到的彩色多普勒信号的相关资料。结果 (1)PCNL通道建立过程中的彩色多普勒信号可为血液流动性和非血液流动性两大类,其中非血液流动类又可分为输尿管导管型和穿刺针针道型两型。(2)不同类型的彩色多普勒信号有不同的显示方式,可发挥不同的作用。结论在超声引导下PCNL中规范有序地运用彩色多普勒信号可为临床成功建立通道提供帮助,是一种简单有效的方法。Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler signals in setting up the passage of percutaneous nephrolithotomy （PCNL） under ultrasonic guidance. Methods A total of 82 cases were carried out PCNL under ultrasonic guidance. The relative information of color Doppler signals was analyzed retrospectively. Results （ 1 ） The color Doppler signals were classified as two types, i.e. blood fluid type and non-blood fluid type. The non-blood fluid type was then classified as ureteral catheter type and pin-hole type. （2） Different types of color Doppler signals had different displays and different contribution to auxiliary diagnosis. Conclusion Normative application of color Doppler signal imaging to PCNL helps to set up the passageway. It is a useful and sim- ole method.
