摘　　要：根据注塑螺杆的工作特点,计算了计量段的停留时间分布函数及表征计量段纵向混合能力的优化目标函数—停留时间分布函数的方差。通过对无量纲最短停留时间的分析,得到了计量段物料的停留时间分布函数及其方差的影响参数。According to the working characteristics of the injection screw, the paper calculates the residence time distribution function for the metering section, and the variance of characterized metering section vertical mixing capability optimized ob）ective function and residence time distribution function. By analysis of the shortest dimensionless residence time, this paper obtains the Influencing parameters of residence time distribution function and its variance of measuring section material.
