摘　　要：对硫化机的新旧定型系统作了比较细致的探讨,并通过具体的计算,用数字说明改进后的定型系统可以显著缩短胎坯定型时间,消除定型过程对轮胎硫化的不利影响,能提高轮胎硫化的均匀性和轮胎质量,有利于提高生产效率。在具体实践中运用于生产,取得了可观的经济效益。This paper discussed the new and old stereotypes of curing press system , the modified system can be significantly shorten the green tire shaping time, eliminate adverse impacts on the tire curing in the shaping process, improve the uniformity of tire curing and tire quality, increase production efficiency. Puttng concrete practice to production, they achieved considerable economic benefits.
