摘　　要：从金融功能观视角研究欠发达地区金融功能演进与金融机构形态变迁之间的关系,有助于形成差异化的金融发展路径。欠发达地区金融功能发展程度差异较大,金融功能集中在银行金融机构上,限制了金融功能和行使功能的金融机构主体之间的相互作用。因此,应以银行业作为金融服务体系功能演进的主体,更重视逐步完善金融基础设施,把地区性中小企业金融服务平台培育成促进金融机构功能整合的载体,正确发挥政府在金融功能演进中的作用。It contributes to explore the characteristic path to develop finance which to research the relationship between evolution of financial function and transformation of financial enterprises in undeveloped regions based on the theory of financial function.The development degree of financial function in the regions is so great that the banks have to carry out mainly financial function.At the same time,interaction between financial function and the financial institutions that perform function is restricted.Consequently,it’s suggested that the banks should be the principal part to evolve financial service system.We should pay more attention to perfect financial infrastructure step by step.Regional financial service platform for medium-sized and small enterprises can upgrade to the entity which can promote functional integration of financial enterprises.The government should make proper impact on the evolutionary process of financial function.
