膏方辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究膏方辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选择慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为给予膏方治疗的治疗组、西药治疗的对照组1和汤剂治疗的对照组2,观察临床症状、内镜直观征象、病理情况、幽门螺杆菌感染情况、安全性指标并判断治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者的疼痛、胀满、嘈杂反酸、嗳气、纳差少食等临床症状以及内镜直观征象、病理诊断分级、幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效情况均明显好于两个对照组;不良反应及器官功能损害的例数明显少于两个对照组。结论:膏方辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎能改善治疗效果、减少不良反应,具有积极的临床价值。Objective：To study the clinical effect of paste in treating chronic atrophic gastritis .Methods：Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were collected as the research objects and were randomly divided into treatment group （ treated with paste ） , control group 1 （ treated with western medicine ） and control group 2 （ treated with decoction ） .Clinical symptoms , endoscopy visual signs , pathology condition , infection of Helicobacter pylori , security index were observed and treatment effect were judged .Results： Curative effect of pain, fullness, belching, acid regurgitation, noisy appetite to eat less and endoscopic direct signs , helicobacter pylori infection , patho-logical grade in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the two control groups ;the cases of adverse reaction and organ damage were significantly less than the two control groups .Conclusion：Dialectical paste treatment has positive clinical value for chronic atrophic gastritis as it can improve therapeutic effect and reduce adverse reaction .
