摘　　要：对目前有关肝毒性、肾毒性的中草药作一总结,并归纳中毒后的解毒措施:清除未吸收的毒物、阻止毒物的吸收、促进易吸收毒物的排泄及解毒药的合理使用,整理目前针对不同种类药物所选用合适的解毒药,为临床的合理用药及中毒后及时救治提供参考。This paper makes a summary on hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity of Chinese herbal medicine currently and sums up detoxifi -cation measures , such as clearance of the unabsorbed toxic substances , prevention of the absorption of the poison , promotion of excretion of the poison , the rational use of antidote .Meanwhile , we have concluded methods about choosing the appropriate antidote based on the different kinds of drugs at present in order to provide some reference for clinical rational drug use and timely treatment for the poisoning .
