摘　　要：吞咽困难是老年性痴呆患者的常见症状，可引起多种并发症，降低患者及照顾者的生活质量、增加患者护理难度、加重经济负担。床旁评估是筛选和评估吞咽障碍简单有效的方法。本文概述了老年性痴呆吞咽障碍患者床旁评估及护理干预的研究进展。Dysphagia is a commonly documented symptom in AD patients, it can not only cause many complications but also influ- ence the patients and caregivers＇quality of life, increase the difficulty of patient care and the burden of economic. So it is highly needed to pay more attentions to nursing intervention of dysphagia in AD patients. Bedside evaluation is a simple and effective method to screen and evalu- ate dysphagia. This paper summarized dysphagia bedside evaluation in AD patients and nursing intervention.
