高品质机制砂石大规模绿色生产工艺研究

摘　　要：针对机制砂石湿法生产工艺存在的问题,提出融合干法和湿法生产工艺的高品质机制砂石大规模绿色生产工艺体系,给出该体系的工艺参数、实现措施及工艺方案。以两个机制砂石企业为例,说明了新工艺的实施效果。研究结果为机制砂石大规模替代天然砂石提供有益参考。Based on problems in wet process of manufacture- aggregate, this paper puts up an environmental friendly mass - production dry - wet process. Besides, the parameters, methods and procedures are listed in the paper. By cases of two manufacture - aggregate enterprises, the paper illuminates the application results of the new process. The conclusion provides a useful reference for the extensive substitution of natural- aggregate to manufactured- aggregate.
