复合型低磷阻垢缓蚀剂在炼油厂的应用

摘　　要：将一种复合型低磷阻垢缓蚀剂应用于江苏省某炼油厂的循环冷却水系统。运行结果表明,系统各项指标均达到《化工企业循环冷却水处理设计技术规定HG/T20690—2000》和《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范GB50050—2007》的要求。该药剂是一种性能良好的阻垢缓蚀剂,属于低磷水处理药剂,环保高效。Composite low phosphorus scale and corrosion inhibitor has been applied in circulating cooling water system of the oil refinery in Jiangsu province. The operation results show that every index of the system meets the requirements of ＂Specification on design of recirculating cooling water treatment for chemical enterprises HG/T 20690---2000＂and ＂Code for design of industrial recirculating cooling water treatment GB 50050＂-2007＂. Therefore, it is a corrosion and scale inhibitor with good performance and low phosphorus, environmentally-protected and efficiently.
