摘　　要：目的 总结应用聚丙烯网片修补腹壁切口疝的体会。方法 应用聚丙烯网片修补11例切口疝及3例复发性切口疝。14例切口疝的缺损先丝线缝合腹膜及疝环周边的筋膜、肌层及腱膜 ,固定网片于筋膜浅面 ,加强切口腹壁。 结果 均治愈 ,无近期切口感染等并发症 ,随访3～54月无复发。 结论 应用聚丙烯网片修补腹壁切口疝简便易行 ,可以降低切口缝合张力 。Objective To investigate the efficacy of prolene mesh in treating incisional hernia. Methods Prolene mesh was used to repair 14 cases of incisional hernia in abdominal wall, and 3 of them were recurrent incisional hernia. Results All were healed without immediate infection of incisional wound. When they were followed for 3～54 months, none of them had recurrent incisional hernia. Conclusion Prolene mesh was effective in treating incisional hernia and easy to process.
