摘 要:以350MW机组循环流化床(CFB)锅炉排渣余热为余热发电的热源,建立了有机朗肯循环(ORC)余热发电模型,提出了3种余热发电方案,以R141b、R123 2种工质为例,在2种工况下对各方案进行了热经济性计算分析。结果表明:利用ORC余热发电机组的热经济性优于余热加热凝结水的机组;方案2的热经济性最佳;在相同的机组背压下,工质初参数越高,机组热经济性越好;工质R141b的机组热经济性优于工质R123的机组热经济性。In order to make full use of waste heat in power plants,the slag waste heat from a CJK 350 MW unit circula.ting fluidized bed boiler was taken as heat source to establish an organic Ran- kine cycle (ORC) waste heat power generation model. Three schemes for waste heat power gener- ation were proposed. By taking the working fluid R141b and R123 as the examples,the thermal e- conomic analysis for each scheme was performed. The results show that, the unit with the ORC waste heat power generation has higher economical efficiency than that of the one using waste heat to heat the condensate water,scheme Ⅱ has the highest economic efficiency ; the unit thermal economical efficiency increased with initial parameters of the working fluid on the premise of a constant back pressure^the unit using R141b as the working fluid had a higher economical effi- ciency than that using R123.
