摘  要:采用静态浸泡实验研究了3种大孔阴树脂强碱基团降解速率与温度、水料倍率的关系,探讨阴树脂的降解动力学.研究结果表明:不同树脂开始降解的温度不同,阴树脂在60~80℃范围内降解速率明显加快且随着温度升高而增加;在较低的水料倍率下(≤200∶6),降解反应较好地遵循零级反应动力学;水料倍率会影响阴树脂的降解速率,水料倍率增大,强碱基团降解加速.Factors affecting the thermal degradation rate of anion exchange resin were discussed by static immersion test,such as temperature and water-resin ratio (soak solution and resin quality ratio). The results showed that, the degradation reaction followed the zero-order kinetics well when the water-resin ratio was not higher than 200 : 6 within temperature range from 60 ℃ to 80℃ Strong-base loss rate increased with the temperature and water-resin ratio. In addition, stat- ic immersion test should try to eliminate the effect of water-resin ratio, which will make the heat resistance results reflect and guide the actual production better.
