摘  要:针对目前大型机组锅炉过/再热器的化学清洗,研制出一种复合有机清洗剂COCCA。模拟实际清洗工况,对其性能进行了测试,结果表明:该清洗剂对过/再热器氧化皮具有优异的溶解和防剥离特性,从而可避免化学清洗过程中垂直U(W)型管的堵塞;同时对过/再热器金属用材具有良好的相容性,对铁素体钢的均匀腐蚀速率小于1.0g/m2/h,无点蚀;对奥氏体不锈钢无晶间腐蚀,不影响其力学性能;对加载极限应力的奥氏体不锈钢不会产生应力腐蚀裂纹,是一种性能优异的过/再热器化学清洗剂。Aiming at chemical cleaning for large sca complex organic cleaning agent (COCCA) was deve e unit boiler's su oped. The agent's perheaters and reheaters,a performance has been test- ed by simulating the actual chemical cleaning condition. The results show that, this new cleaning agent has excellent dissolution characteristics and anti-stripping properties for oxide skin on the superheaters and reheaters,thus can avoid blockage of the vertical U (W) tube during the clean- ing. Moreover,the COCCA has good compatibility for metals used for the superheaters and re- heaters:its uniform corrosion rate on the ferrite steel is lower than 1.0 g/m2/h,with no pitting corrosion;the intergranular corrosion didn't occur on the austenitic stainless steel, so the COCCA didn't affect the austenitic steel's mechanical properties; no stress corrosion crack appeared on the austenitic steel with load limit stress. Therefore,the COCCA is an excellent chemical cleaning agents for superheaters/reheaters.
