某燃煤电厂除尘器滤袋破损原因分析

摘　　要：某燃煤电厂2×125MW机组出现烟囱出口粉尘浓度超标现象,停机检修发现袋式除尘器部分滤袋破损。分析了机组运行参数、除尘器构造、滤袋破损表观现象后,通过残余断裂强力/伸长率检测、傅立叶变换红外光谱分析、差示扫描量热分析等方法,对滤袋口、滤袋底部等多处破损原因进行分析,提出了以下处理措施:(1)应依据相应标准对新滤袋进行检测验收、定期抽检运行滤袋;(2)新滤袋安装应确保每个喷嘴喷出气流的中心线与滤袋中心的位置偏差<2mm;(3)保证袋笼垂直安装;(4)对袋笼底盖和笼骨脱落的防腐层应及时进行防腐处理或更换袋笼;(5)检查系统漏风并及时修补。Particulate matter emissions beyond the standard occurred in a coal-fired power plant, which is caused by damage of some filter bags in bag house. The unit operation parameters, the bag house structure and the apparent damage situation of the filter bags were analyzed. A series of tests such as the residual tensile strength/elongation test, the Fourier transform infrared spectros- copy （FTIR） analysis and differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） were performed to conduct comprehensive analysis on reason of damage at filter bag mouth and bottom, bag cage bottom cap, and outer layer of the filter bottom. Finally,several countermeasures were put forward, such as detecting and accepting the new filter bags according to corresponding standards,random inspec- ting the running bags regularly,ensuring the position deviation between the centerline of stream sprayed from the nozzles and the bag center be within 2 ram, ensuring the bag cage be installed vertically, conducting anti-corrosion treatment or changing the bag cage timely, checking the sys- tem air leakage and repairing it timely.
