摘  要:安徽华电宿州发电有限公司一期超临界2×600MW机组双套管正压浓相气力输灰系统的内、外管磨损严重,分析发现这是由于2根内管相连处存在缝隙,压缩空气从缝隙处高速喷出改变了输送物料的正常状态,形成了无规律的强烈紊流,从而导致管道的严重磨损。将内管连接由对接方式改为卡套式后,消除了连接缝隙,彻底解决了此问题。The pneumatic conveying technology of double casing pipe with positive pressure and dense phase has been widely used in coal-fired power plants. In the practical application of double casing pipe, serious wear occurs in the tube certain part including both the inner and outer pipe. Analysis show that, due to the gap existed in connection joint of the two pipes, the compressed air sprays from the gap with high speed, which changes the normal state of conveying material and formes the irregular strong turbulence,leading to serious wear of the pipeline. Thus, the connec- tion way of inside pipe was reformed to the ferrule tube fitting to eliminate the connection gap, making the working condition back to normal in the section of two pipe connection area. The problem was solved completely.
