摘  要:针对注水时间长,层间或层内压差大,常规封隔器可洗井通道自动打开,导致封隔器不密封,上层地层水窜入下层问题,研制了一种大压差可洗井压缩式封隔器。该封隔器增加了洗井承压装置,使洗井时能承受大压差的层间压差,避免由于层间压差波动导致洗井通道开启,导致该封隔器密封失效,提高了封隔器洗井作业的可靠性。现场应用13口井,最大层间压差3.5MPa,封隔器验封合格率100%,解决了层间压差大,洗井通道自动打开导致封隔器失效的问题。For longer-time water injection, large pressure difference of layer or between layers, con-ventional packers flushing channel can be opened automatically, causing the packer not sealed, fleeing into the lower upper formation water problems, a newly developed large pressure differ-ence can be washed well packer. The large pressure washable wells compression packer increased pressure flushing device,making wash well to be able to withstand large pressure difference be-tween the layers, to avoid the inter-layer pressure fluctuations cause flushing channel open, cau-sing the packer seal failure, improve packers flushing operation reliability. In Changqing oilfield applications on 13 wells were carried out, the largest inter-layer pressure was 3. 5 MPa, packer seal inspection passed rate of 100% ,thus to solve the large pressure difference between layers and failure of the packer problem caused by flushing channel automatic open.
