摘　　要：常规定压放气阀冬季易冻堵,不能直读设定压力值,安装维修难度大。研制了插入式直读防冻堵定压放气阀,通过将阀体下端排气部分浸在原油中保温解决了冬季冻堵问题,加装了压力表使压力值能直读,使用软管线解决了安装维修需要动火的问题。现场应用1 900套,成功回收了油田井口伴生气,对减少温室气体排放,充分利用油气资源具有积极意义。The conventional constant pressure release valve is easy to be frozen in winter could not display the set pressure value directly;additionally the installation and maintenance are difficult. The new constant pressure release valve was invented with these features：plug-in,direct-reading and anti-freezing plugging. According to immersing the lower air partially insulation in oil, instal-ling the pressure gauge and using the hose pipe, it could solve the above problems. 1,900 sets were applied in the oilfield, the associated gas successfully has been recovered, moreover, they take a positive significance to reduce greenhouse gas and make full use of oil and gas resources.
