Harrington棒治疗脊柱骨折的缺陷及并发症的预防

摘　　要：目的分析Harrington棒治疗脊柱骨折的缺陷 ,并总结并发症的预防方法。方法回顾性总结一年来使用Harrington棒技术治疗的脊柱骨折12例 ,按受伤部位分为 :T111例 ,T124例 ,T12L1,31例 ,L14例 ,L1 ,22例 ,其中伴神经症状者9例。结果手术后8例有神经症状者恢复效果明显 ,10例骨折脱位均完全复位 ,2例后凸畸形未完全复位 ,无1例发生脱钩、断棒或矫正度丢失等并发症。结论Harrington棒技术虽然有诸多不足 ,但只要手术方法得当 ,仍可取得良好疗效 ,尤其某些多节段骨折或合并严重侧、前方脱位者 ,只有此方法可有效地矫正畸形 。Objective To analyse the deficiency during the treatment of spine fracture with Harrington rods, and to sum up the prevention of the complication. Methods 12 cases of spine fracture treated with Harrington rods in the last year were reviewed. Of those, T11 (wounded) in 1, T12 in 4, T12L1,3 in 1, L1 in 4, L1,2 in 2, and 9 cases with nerve injury. Results 8 cases with nerve injury achieved excellent curative effect, 10 cases with fracture_dislocation were reduced, 2 cases with kyphosis weren't satisfactory reduction. All of the 12 cases had no dislocation of barbs?no breakage of the rods?no decrease of correction angle and other complications. Conclusion Although Harrington rod has so much deficiency, as long as the operation programs are proper, curative effect can be achieved. Only in this way can any multiple step fractures?lateral or anterior dislocation case be corrected effectively.
