摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐市各级医疗机构中医务人员医院感染知识掌握情况,以便采取相应的管理措施。方法采取整群抽样的调查方法对乌鲁木齐市63家医院551名医务人员进行医院感染知识试卷调查。结果内科、外科、妇儿科和其他科室医务人员对医院感染知识考试合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);初级、中级及以上职称的医务人员对医院感染知识考试合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医生、护士对医院感染知识考试合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市各级医疗机构医务人员医院感染知识培训力度有待加强;应加大初级医务人员医院感染培训力度;亟需建立医务人员医院感染知识考核制度。Objective To understand the situation of medical staff~ knowledge of hospital infection at all levels medical institutions in Urumchi. And take appropriate management measures. Method Take Cluster sampling survey methods to conduct knowledge of hospital infection papers survey of 551 medical staff in 63 hospitals in Urumchi. Results Internal medicine, surgical, gynecological and pediatric and other sections of the medical staff for hospital infection knowledge exam pass rate difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; pri- mary, intermediate and above the title of the medical staff for hospital infection knowledge exam pass rate difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Doctors, nurses for hospital infection knowledge exam pass rate difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusions Urnmchi medical staff~ knowledge of hospital infection at all levels medical institutions training efforts need to be strengthened; junior medical staff hospital infection should strengthen training efforts; There is an urgent need to establish the medical staff knowledge of hospital infection assessment system.
