摘　　要：目的在公共场所开展女性商业性性服务人员(FCSW)开展艾滋病性病干预的评估,探索有效干预手段。方法2009年8月-2010年8月,在沧州市公共场所(包括美容美发、洗浴、足疗、宾馆、按摩、KTV)内对经确认的FCSW人员开展DVD播放性病(STD)艾滋病(AIDS)知识及安全套使用技巧,进行互动小组活动及同伴教育等综合干预措施,在持续干预3个月及6个月后分别随机抽取部分人员进行问卷调查,对干预效果进行评估。结果随着干预措施的实施及持续,调查对象的认知和行为发生了明显的改变,最近3次及最近1个月与客人使用权用安全套的比例显著提高。结论通过对FCSW人员的行为干预,关键指标发生了明显改变,针对公共场所FCSW人员继续开展艾滋病性病综合干预是行之有效的,也是切实可行的。Objective To assess the effectiveness of the AIDS/STD intervention and explore the effective behavior measures among the female commercial sexual workers （FSCW） . Methods From August 2008 to August 2009, Some of the FCSW were selected by a stratified random sampling strategy from Cangzhou public places （including beauty care salon, SPA, foot health care parlor, hotel, massage parlor, TV） a behavior interven- tion were applied to them through DVD education for knowledge and skills of AIDS/STD prevention and con- dom using, and group counseling and peer education. Follow - up investigations were carried out 3 months and 6 months after the intervention and the effectiveness were assessed. Results Significant differences were re- vealed in the knowledge and self - behavior with the extension of the intervention and the continuing interven- tion activities. The proportions of those who use condoms in the last 3 sexual activities and in the recent 1 month sexual activities were increased gradually. Conclusions The key index has been improve among the FC- SW through the behavior intervention which has been proved applicable and effective.
