摘　　要：目的了解馆陶县各医疗机构消毒效果,提高医疗单位消毒工作。方法按照GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》和《消毒技术规范》(2002年版),对使用中消毒液、物体表面及器械、医护人员手的消毒效果进行采样监测。结果监测各类医疗机构11家(其中县级医院3家,乡级医院8家),2011-2012年消毒液监测合格率分别为94.45%、97.69%;物体表面监测合格率分别为84.29%、92.22%;医务人员手监测合格率分别为84.36%、90.57%。结论医疗机构消毒项目合格率呈逐年上升趋势,但消毒效果还不太理想,有待提高。应加强消毒管理,对医务人员进行消毒法规和消毒知识培训,建立健全消毒管理制度。Objective Understand the disinfection efficiency and improve the disinfection work in medical institutions in Guantao County. Methods According to GB 15982 - 1995 the sanitation standards of hospital disinfection work and technical specifications of disinfection work （2002）, take samples and monitor the disinfection efficiency of engaged disinfectant, body surface and equipment, hands of medical workers. Results Monitor 11 medical institutions of all kinds （3 county- level hospitals, 8 township- level hospitals） . From 2021 to 2012 the qualification rates of disinfection are 94. 45%, 97.69% respectively, surfaces and equipment quali- fication rates are 84.29%, 92.22% respectively , medical worker hands qualification rates are 84. 36% , 90. 57% respectively. Conclusions Qualification rates of medical institutions disinfection programs are raising year by year. But the results are not very satisfactory, and need to be improved. We should strengthen the man- agement of sterilization and train medical workers about the regulations and knowledge of disinfections. And establish a management system of disinfection monitor.
