摘　　要：目的分析内蒙古预防接种异常反应作中存在的问题,提出对策及建议。方法通过疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)监测信息管理系统收集2009-2012年10月内蒙古报告及处理的AEFI个案进行统计与分析。结果对AEFI监测意识不够,监测指标未完成,在AEFI报告、诊断分类、数据利用、调查及补偿中均存在问题。结论需要通过加强培训、扩大宣传、考核与督导等措施推动AEFI工作不断进步。Objective To analyze the problems of adverse events following immunization （AEFI） in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and to provide solutions and suggests. Methods To monitor and analysis the AEFI from 2009 to October 2012 in Inner Mongolia, were collected through AEFI surveillance system. Results AEFI surveillance was not paid attention to and surveillance standards were not completed. At the same time, some issues exist tion.
