摘  要:目的:探索套管针进行环甲膜穿刺连接呼吸机辅助呼吸的疗效。方法:在呼吸道梗阻的智能模型人上采用不同型号注射器外套和不同型号气管导管连接呼吸机分别与16G套管针和钢制环甲膜穿刺针连接,环甲膜穿刺后进行辅助通气,采用VAC模式调节到呼吸机正常辅助通气的参数。结果:各种型号的气管插管和注射器选择无显著差异性,连接16G套管针每分钟最大通气量达到3 600 ml大于连接钢制环甲膜穿刺针的3 420ml。结论:套管针环甲膜穿刺连接呼吸机辅助通气法优于钢制环甲膜穿刺针连接呼吸机辅助通气,适合院前急救应用。Objective: To explore the efficacy of ventilatorassisted breathing mediated through trocar thyrocricoid puncture. Method: Different types of syringe casing and different types of endotracheal tube with 16G trocar thyrocricoid puncture in the intelligent human model of respiratory tract obstruction were connected to a ventilator to assist ventilation. At the same time,steel cricothyroid membrane puncture needle was compared. VAC pattern was adjusted to the parameters of normal ventilation. Result: There was no significant difference for the choice of various sizes of the tracheal catheters and syringes. Maximal ventilatory volume per minute through connecting 16G trocar was much more than connecting steel cricothyroid membrane puncture needle. Conclusion: The method of ventilator connected trocar thyrocricoid puncture was better than steel cricothyroid membrane puncture needle to assist ventilation,which were suitable for prehospital emergency application.
