摘　　要：目的　探讨糖尿病患者血清可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体 (SIL - 2 R)水平及临床价值。方法　采用Elisa法测定 42名糖尿病患者和 35名正常人血清中 SIL- 2 R含量。结果　糖尿病患者血清 SIL- 2 R水平显著地高于正常人组 ,经治疗后 SIL - 2 R水平含量下降。结论　测定糖尿病患者血清中 SIL - 2 R含量 。Objective To explore the change of serum SIL 2R levels in patints with diabetes and evaluate its potential value in clinical applicatin.Methods Serum SIL 2R level was detected in 42 patients and 35 healthy individuals by using ELISA assay.Results Serum SIL 2R level in diabetes was significantly higher than that in normal control and lower in patiants after treatmant.Conclusion The detection of serum level of SIL 2R level is valuble in monitoring the cellular immunity conditian in these paients.
