布加氏综合征患者血浆凝血酶原时间检测及意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨布加氏综合征 (Budd- Chiari Syndrom e,BCS)患者血浆凝血酶原时间 (PT)的变化情况。方法　用手工倾斜试管法进行测定 ,并与正常对照法进行比较。结果　下腔静脉狭窄患者 PT(x±s)为 (17.4±1.9) s,范围 14.5～ 2 1.2 s,肝静脉狭窄患者 PT(x± s)为 (18.7± 1.5 ) s,范围 15 .4～ 2 2 .9s,两者均显示出异常 (P<0 .0 1) ,且下腔静脉狭窄患者与肝静脉狭窄患者之间差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论　PT测定对探讨Objective To investigate the changes of prothrombin time(PT) in patients with Budd-Chiari Syndrome(BCS). Methods The PT plasma levels from 35 patients with BCS were detected by using manual incline tube,and the results were compared with that of the normal control.Results The PT levels in patients with inferior vena cava stenosis were (17.4±1.9) s,ranging from 14.5s to 21.2s,and in patients with hepatic veins stenosis the PT levels were(18.7±1.5) s,ranging from 15.4s to 22.9 s.PT levels were significantly higher than those in normal level( P <0.01).The PT levels between the two groups showed no significant difference( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion It is important to assay PT levels for investigating the reasons of BCS,therapeutic effect and judge the prognosis.
