摘  要:目的探讨桂林市急救中心远程转运危重患者的流行病学特点。方法对桂林市急救中心远程转运危重患者2122例病例资料进行回顾性分析调查。结果远程转运病例中年龄段最高的为〈20岁年龄组,占35.06%,其次为61~80岁,41~60岁年龄组,分别占26.81%、22.34%;心血管疾病比例最高为31%,以急性心肌梗死、不稳定心绞痛为主,其次,呼吸系统疾病为17.67%,创伤为11.07%,居第三位;上午8:00~12:00出车率最高;来源最多恭城17.67%,其次全州为15.22%。结论认识急救中心远程转运患者的流行病学特征,探讨其规律性,有助于进一步提高急救中心远程转运危重患者能力,为科室、医院乃至当地卫生行政部门制定相关政策提供参考依据。Objective To investigate and analyze the epidemiological characteristics of those patients on critical condition who were transferred by Guilin Emergency Medical Center in long distance. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 2,122 cases of critically ill patients who were transported by the Center during the period of three years. Results It reflected that 35.06% of them were those younger than 20 years, followed by the group of 61 to 80 years old (26.81%), and the group of 41 to 60 years old (22.34%), respectively; cardiovascular disease (CVD) took the first as 31%, mainly reported as acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris, followed by respiratory system diseases (17.67%), and trauma (11.07%); most ambulances were dispatched in between 8am and 12pro, and it distributed as in Gongcheng, 17.67%, followed by Quanzhou, 15.22%. Conclusion It helps enhance its capability in long-distance transferring those patients in critical condition with a better understanding of its characteristics from epidemiological respective. Simultaneously, the result serves as valuable reference for hospital and the competent authorities to create more effective policies.
