温阳活血法对细胞因子等指标影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨温阳活血法对微小病变肾病模型白细胞介素 - 8(IL - 8)等指标的影响。方法 :用阿霉素(ADR)诱导一种类似人类微小病变肾病模型 ,用温阳活血方治疗 ,并设空白、病理、强的松对照组。检测各组血清IL -8、TNF -α的含量及高脂血症的部分指标 ,并做肾脏病理学检查。结果 :温阳活血方能降低肾病大鼠血IL - 8、TNF -α、低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇 (LDL -C)水平 ,修复肾脏病理损伤 ,从而减少尿蛋白 ,升高血清蛋白。结论 :温阳活血方对肾病大鼠肾脏病理损伤的修复 ,与降低IL - 8、TNF -α、LDL -C水平有关。Objective:To investigate effects of WYPT decoction on level of interlenkin-8(IL-8) in rats with minimal change nephropathy. Methods:A minimal change nephropathy model that is similar to humans was induced by adriamycin(ADR) in rats.The rats were randomly divided into four groups :normal control,nephrotic control,the groups treated with WYPT decoction,and anathor group treated with prednisone. Some parameters such as IL-8, TNF-α,serum lipid and the regain of renal lesion were measured. Results: There was a considerable change on IL-8, TNF-α,low density lipoprotein(LDL) and renal lesion in the group treat with WYPT decoction. Conclusion: This result suggest that WYPT decoction can repair the regain of renal lesion in NS rats through reducing the level of IL-8, TNF-α and LDL.
