蚯蚓提取物治疗肾实质性高血压的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨蚯蚓提取物治疗肾实质性高血压的效果及其疗效的机理。方法 :对合并高血压 18例原发性肾小球疾病和 16例终末期肾衰患者给予口服蚯蚓提取物 15 0mg/次 ,每日 3次 ,连服 14d ,每天测定血压的变化 ,并在治疗前后取血测定血浆ET - 1的含量。结果 :肾小球疾病患者血浆ET - 1含量与平均动脉压成正比 (P <0 0 5 ) ,口服蚯蚓提取物治疗后 ,平均动脉压较治疗前明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,同时血浆ET - 1的含量测定值也明显降低(P <0 0 0 1) ,结论 :口服蚯蚓提取物具有降血压作用 。Objective:To explore the treatment effect of earthworm extract on renal hypertention and the mechanism of the effect.Methods:18 cases of primary glomerular disease(PGD)and 16 cases of end-stage renal failure(ESRF) with hypertention were given earthworm extract by oral with the dosage of 150 mg every time,three times a day for 14 days.The blood pressure was examed every day.The plasma endothelin1(ET-1)was tested before and after the rteatment.Results:The contents of plasma ET-1 in the patients with PGD were much higher than that of contral group. The contents of plasma ET-1 in ESRF group were much higher than that of PGD grorp(P<0 001).ET-1 was positive with MAP(P<0 05) and MAP was decreased markedly(P<0 01) after treatment by taking earthworm extract orally.In the same time,plasma ET-1 decreased markedly also(P<0 05).Conclusion:The result suggest that Earthworm extract has antihypertesion effect by decreasing the content of plasma ET-1.
