膀胱镜检后镜鞘细菌污染状况与消毒方法探讨

摘　　要：目的了解膀胱镜检后镜鞘的细菌污染情况，探讨快速有效的消毒方法。方法膀胱镜检后第 1次在镜鞘上取样行细菌培养并确定菌种，分别经 4种方法消毒后第 2次取样行细菌培养。结果 536例第 1次取样标本中细菌培养阳性 145例占 27.05％，其中构成比最高的为大肠埃希氏菌占 35.17％， G＋菌构成比达 40.69％；膀胱镜鞘擦洗后消毒的效果明显好于仅用流水冲洗后的效果（ P<0.05）。结论膀胱镜检后患者应服用对 Gˉ菌及 G＋菌均有效的广谱抗生素；膀胱镜鞘消毒以用湿纱布擦洗 0.5 min后置入戊二醛浸泡 3～ 5 min，效果佳，用时短。Objective To investigate bacteria contamination on the cystscope sheath after an examination and to search for effective ways of disinfection.Methods First, after an examination some bacteria were sampled from the cystscope sheath and then cultured to identiry their types.Secondly ,after disinfection of the sheath with 4 different methods,other sample bacteria obtained from the sheath were cultured. Results In 145 out of 536 subjects,the bacteria culture immediately taken from the sheath after examination were examined to be positive,making up 27.05％ .E. Coli took the biggest percentage of 35.17,among which G＋ bacteria made up 40.69％ .The disinfecting effects by washing and scrubbing the sheath with gauze first and then soaking it in glutaraldehyde was significantly superior to that only by rinsing it with running water ( P<0.05).Conclusions Patients should take wide spectrum antibiotics against G－ and G＋ bacteria after examination with the cystscop. Disinfection by washing the systscope with wet gauze for 0.5 min and then soaking it in glutaraldehyde for 3～ 5 min is the most effective and time－ saving way.
