凡士林纱布高压灭菌效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨脉真空灭菌柜在常规条件下能达到灭菌效果的凡士林纱布的最大厚度。方法利用脉动真空灭菌柜对不同厚度凡士林纱布进行来灭菌（分为 50、 45、 40、 35、 30、 25、 20层，每组做 30例次灭菌，共 210个样本），并用生物指示剂、化学指示剂、细菌培养作为监测指标。结果 210个样本细菌培养均阴性，化学指示胶带变黑，生物指示剂试盒在 35层以上组内有 5例呈阳性， 30层以下组均阴性。结论高压灭菌柜对凡士林纱布灭菌最大厚度以不超过 30层为宜。Objective To establish the maximumlayers of Vaseline gauze upon condition that it reaches the necessary sterilizing effects with prevacuum autoclaving in routine conditions .Methods Prevacuum autoclaving method was employed to sterilize different layers of Vaseline gauze(divided into 7 groups:50,45,40,35,30,25 and 20 layers,each containing 30 samples).Bacteria culture,chemical indicator and biological indicator were used as monitor of sterilization.Results Bacteria cultures of the 210 samples showed negative,and chemical indicators of all samples turned to be black. The biological indicalors showed 5of above－ 35－ layer samples were positive and all of below－ 30－ layer samples negative.Conclusion The maximum number of Vaseline gauze layers meeting the sterilizing effect with prevacuum autoclaving method is 30.
