摘　　要：目的有效地预防和控制重症监护病房院内感染的发生。方法对 760例心脏病患者进入 ICU第 1天开始进行感染情况分析。结果患者病情越重，手术创伤愈大，手术时间越长，侵入性操作越多，院内感染率越高。结论对于心脏术后病人提高机体免疫力，消除感染源和切断感染途径，合理使用抗生素，才能使感染控制到最少。Objective To investigate the ICU cross－ in hospital so as to prevent and control it. Methods Observation about 760 cases from the 1st day they were adopted into ICU was handled,and the results were recorded and analyzed. Result Serious diseases,big operative incisive wounds ,long operating duration and more invasive operations made occurrence of cross_infection in the hospital more frequent.Conclusion Cross－ infection control depends on the raise of patients' organism immunity after heart surgery, proper use of antibiotics and elimination of infective resources.
